Crawl Space Insulation Before & After Photos

This homeowner was having issues with inconsistent temperatures and musty odors.

One of our Home Comfort Specialist's performed a complete comprehensive energy analysis of the home to determine the issue. The issue was that the crawl space needed to be properly encapsulated. Our production team then put spray foam on the walls and encapsulated the crawlspace. The insulation and vapor barrier stop moisture and uncomfortable temperatures from entering the home. This homeowner can look forward to lower energy bills and a healthier, more comfortable home. There is also an added benefit of keeping rodents out.  

These homeowners had an addition added on to their house some time ago. In creating that addition, a crawl space  was formed. After looking at the crawl space, and the house as a whole, we decided that the best solution for these homeowners was to encapsulate the crawl space.  This involved air sealing  and insulating the walls with spray foam insulation  and installing a vapor barrier along the floor.
