Chris's home in Friendship, MD was experiencing comfort issues throughout the first floor. In the winter the floors would be cold, impacting the overall temperature in the first floor. The next step was to tape and repair the vapor barrier which was laying on the crawl space floor. Our crew then finished the job by securing the vapor barrier to the walls and sealing the cracks simultaneously. By securing the vapor barrier along the cracks in the wall with our fire block spray foam it now restricts an air from making its way into the crawl space, while also keeping any moisture from rising up from the ground.
