In this case, our client was experiencing an extremely cold draft from their basement area. Spots like the one featured in this picture is where a lot of that outdoor air is creeping in from. We were able to fix this area by applying spray foam (which air seals and insulates at the same time). Techniques like this allow us to create a comfortable and healthy home for our clients.
