Jonathan noticed that the homeowner had a very leaky home that could be remedied by taking all of the old insulation out and air sealing the top plates and any penetration within the attic floor. Once removed, they then air sealed and installed baffles in the attic in order to let the attic breathe in order to prevent moisture and mold issues. Once the attic is prepped and ready, we bring the Insulation Truck to install the new cellulose insulation. Once installed, the job is complete and the homeowner can enjoy lower energy bills!
