This Bethesda homeowner called in after we had done work in his attic and noted that his heat pump is not efficient. After an inspection from our Home Comfort Specialist, Jonathan, it was determined that the unit is too old to try to fix up and that replacing it would be the way to go. With that, our HVAC Installers, Damian and Colby, went out and after greeting the homeowner, started to remove the old unit. Once the old unit is out, it is time to bring in the new unit and connecting it to the existing ductwork. After a long day of work, the new unit is in and works perfectly!
