More like a 4 1/2
Project started on time but completed a little late due to malfunctioning equipment a couple days one week. Not a deal breaker
Pretty thorough for the most part although first time using the spray foam method
The first day of spray foam application I guess not enough ventilation was available and yhe powder of dust layer was pretty bad in yhe area of the house that was unexpected. There was some areas of overspray that were were corrected. Just a whole house cleaning was made a little more detailed by us after the completion. We spring clean anyway it was just a little more dust and dir5 than usual. Again not a deal breaker.
For the most part cleanup was acceptable. All of the different crews were very communicative during the process though. It was a filthy renovation and we expected somewhat of a mess honestly.
There were some snags near the end with some lighting and final touches but in the end the work was satisfactorily completed.

Energy Conservation
What made you choose our company:
I was referred by a family member and used her experience in choosing CHS. Overall we were pleased with the job. Just had an issue at one point where our bolier was rendered not usable and it took about 1 week to get it fixed the way it was prior to the incident. If the weather had been colder, I would have requested a more immediate response but that wasn't necessary because heat wasn't really needed in that section of the home. We understand there are things that arise on other jobs that don't make it possible for us to the the sole priority. Having Allen Friedman as a contact on the job did help with our concerns though. Jack was helpful as well in yhe beginning with questions we had. The extra work we had done pertaining to the HVAC was well worth it. Once the problem was discovered the remedy was immediate. Overall, we would give the entire process from beginning to end 4 1/2. I would do business again with CHS
