The biggest reason was Jack. From the start, he was professional, thorough, and he did not pressure us. Additionally, unlike other companies that provided quotes, Jack actually entered the attic, took pictures, and provided solid recommendations to address our concerns. He did not just say, yup, you need insulation. He went into great detail and provided the reasons for his recommendations. Great customer service goes a long way!our service area
