What did they learn that was most surprising:
Jack figured out that the moisture in our bathroom with the sump pump was coming in through the outside walls on an area of the property with poor drainage where water pools. He said fixing that problem wouldn't be work that CHS does, but still identified it and made recommendations nonetheless.
