Our Overall Service
Call Representative
Communication could have been better. Was called 45 minutes before office closed for the day and was requested to confirm the crew showing up the next day. Didn't give much of a chance for us to confirm.
Sales Process
Took care of all BGE rebate paperwork on our behalf. Very knowledgeable and made sure all of our questions were answered.
Our Installation Crew
Nice, respectful, and kept us informed and allowed us to inspect the work as it got done.
The Cleanup Process
Very clean.
