Linda always listened carefully to questions and responded or had the appropriate person contact us promptly.

The initial site visit was very thorough. Maybe even a little long. It was part of a day with multiple contractors for other work being done on the house present also. In follow up, Merv took a lot of time and care in answering our questions at several junctures and revising the proposal as needed.

Jeff was great at giving a full explanation of the work, keeping us apprised of the progress, patient with questions and flexible with solutions. The only part not quite as expected is the new access door installed in the family room. The finish level isn't quite up to par for a public part of the house. This room will be renovated at some point and we'll have the door redone then.

For the most part very good. They were careful and utilized the basement for outside access, limiting tracking anything in the house. A small amount of debris and foam dust was left in the crawlspace and needed to be swept up.
