How knowledgeable was the energy adviser
Merv was very knowledgeable and great explaining with simple to understand analogies for the average homeowner.

Merv did a fantastic job explaining the process and where my home is losing the most energy.
Was the energy adviser friendly
Yes. Very much so. I told him the shoe Booties was not necessary but he insisted. Also, my skittish kitty actually came out of hiding AND let Merv pet her!!
