Ladder standoff stabilizers should be used to avoid damaging shingles. Also pictures of roof modifications should be included demonstrating proper sealing of parts installed ~ saving the homeowner from having to access to roof for inspection.
The Cleanup Process
Final cleanup inspection by the foreman should avoid issues with unavoidable smudging of ceiling and attic access areas.
