He was very informative, honest and he was also very knowledgeable of what he was doing. He gave great suggestions and some tips for doing things around the house for ourselves .
He made everything clear showed pictures of what he took while locating the problems made great observation and recommendations.
He was very attentive very friendly and eager to answer any and all questions that we had.
He was phenomenal I would recommend the company as well as him to anyone that is in need of services.
What did they learn that was most surprising:
The fact that we paid for insulation to be done previously and to be informed by Merv that it was upside down, the information given while doing the inspection what to expect when getting services such as this in the future we now know what should and shouldn't be and what it should actually look like.
