This homeowner was having comfort issues in the 2nd floor of their home. Following a call to Complete Home Solutions our trained Home Comfort Specialist were able to determine that the main reason for their comfort issues was the lack of of air sealing and insulation in the homes attic. Follow along as we walk you through each step our Home Comfort Technicians took in upgrading and improving the efficiency of this attic.

Before We Got Started

Air Sealing

Following the removal of the old insulation from the attic, our Home Comfort Technicians air seal any cracks, vents or light fixtures that could be allow air to space from your home

Roof Boots

Our trained technicians also make sure any vents or fans you have are properly vented out of your attic through your roof or siding

Spray Foaming Walls

While we blew in cellulose insulation into the the floor of the attic, to make sure the walls were insulated we used spray foam, the spray foam stops and outside air or moisture from making its way in through the walls

The Final Step to our project is blowing in the new layer of cellulose insulation. This attic is now helping with the comfort of the home as well as helping it run much more efficiently.
