Why Should You Seal Your Crawl Space?

Moisture can cause mold growth, musty odors and eventually structural damage, not to mention that insects and animals love moise environments.

This home's crawlspace was full of moisture and was mold was beginning to grow. The increased moisture in the crawl space was also causing the insulation to sag. When a home's insulation sags it becomes less energy efficient and the home becomes colder.
